Monday marks the deadline to register to vote in order to be eligible for the Nov. 3 local elections. Eligible residents must be at least 18 years old by the election, U.S. citizens, not in prison or on parole for a felony conviction and not legally designated as mentally incompetent. Applications must be postmarked by Monday.

Registration forms can be picked up at the Solano County Registrar of Voters office in Fairfield, the city clerk's office at Vallejo City Hall or a local library.

Voters who move or change their name will need to re-register to vote.
