The Registrar of Voters has started mailing out to all registered voters in the county sample ballot pamphlets for the June 3 statewide Primary Election.
Voters not registered in time will be included in the second mailing later this month.
In the upcoming primary, voters will cast ballots for Congressional, legislative and county supervisor seats.
Pamphlets will include information on contests to be voted on, how to vote by mail, early voting dates, what to expect at the polls on voting day, arguments and rebuttals for local measures and candidate statements.
Voters may cast their ballots at the Registrar of Voters office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thrugh Friday and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on election night. The last day to register to vote is May 19. Voters who have recently moved must notify the Registrar of Voters by mailing in their new address information or by re-registering to vote.
Applications to vote by mail must be turned in to the Registrar's office by 5 p.m. May 27, and vote by mail ballots must be received at the office no later than 8 p.m. on election night.
Saturday voting will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 24 and May 31 at the Registrar's office.
